Our agency was established by Paula Zahariev, a passionate property expert and entrepreneur who began building her own property portfolio across South-East Queensland at the age of 24. Paula’s journey and dedication to empowering buyers inspired the creation of Huntington St. Buyers Agency — a place where clients can count on experienced advocacy, transparency through effective communication, and support through every step of their property search. Paula is known for her dedication, expertise, and commitment to helping buyers achieve their property goals. With well over a decade of experience across the real estate industry including residential sales, leasing, project sales & marketing, and finally, buyer advocacy. Paula has spent her career building a well-rounded understanding of the real estate sector, working alongside some of the best in the business along the way.
Paula began her journey in real estate in 2010, driven by the idea of building wealth through property, and has focussed her time since becoming well-versed in the nuances of the residential property market.
Throughout her career, Paula has developed a unique talent for connecting with property buyers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the perfect property. Her experience in buyer-centric roles inspired her to become a dedicated Buyers Advocate, founding her agency to help families, first-home buyers, next-home buyers, and relocators find homes that align with their homeownership aspirations.
