We’ll handle all necessary paperwork and pre-register with the agent.

2. Game Day!

3. Post-Auction Support

If the property is sold under the hammer, we’ll coordinate the contract with the selling agent immediately and liaise with your conveyancer. If it passes in, we’ll manage post-auction negotiations through to contract.
